Pegasus - Reflect and Review

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had a great week of learning in Pegasus class. In Maths, we have been consolidating our understanding of movement and turns to create our own shape patterns. In English, we have been practising the skills of retrieval and inference through reading a variety of whole class texts. 

In Science, we have been exploring hydroponics and growing our own cress head to consider some of the ways that seeds spread. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Longleat, particularly feeding sea lions and our safari drive thru! In Forest School, we built shelters and did lots of bug hunting. 

Next week:

Please remember to do the Maths homework ready to hand in on Monday. 

Next week, we will be completing two DT projects: making couscous using a range of ingredients and making our own toy cards using wooden wheels. 

Next week, we will be creating vehicles in DT. Please could your child bring in a cereal box.
